Presenting at the ForumThank you for your participation as a Forum panelist! Information to help you prepare for your workshop is described below.
Conference RegistrationAll speakers must register to attend the Forum. Click here to register.
Preparing for your SessionIn preparation for your session, you will be asked to participate in one or more conference calls with fellow presenters, workshop moderators, and staff workshop manager prior to the Forum to discuss logistics and format. A staff person will manage each workshop and will be responsible for ensuring that the session begins and ends on time, hand out and collect session evaluations, and troubleshoot any issues with audio or video equipment. Your session will also have a moderator who will offer opening remarks, provide speaker introductions, and moderate the discussion as well as Q & A.
the day of your preseNTATIONRooms will be equipped with a laptop, LCD projector, and projection screen. Please let the workshop manager know if you need additional assistance or equipment. If you plan to distribute handouts, please bring at least 60 copies.
BIOS AND PRESENTATIONS
Please email your bio and presentation materials to firstname.lastname@example.org. Speaker bios should be no more than three paragraphs and will be published in the conference program. Slideshow presentations and any electronic handouts will be posted to the Forum website following the conference.
